Beta Analytic Exhibits at American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting 2011

Beta Analytic Inc. invites participants of the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting to visit its booth during the five-day event slated to begin on December 5, 2011, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California. Beta Analytic Deputy Director and Quality Manager Ron Hatfield will be available at Booth #1615 to talk about the lab’s improved services.

“We have exhibited at this meeting several times now. It provides a good opportunity to meet many existing and potential clients in one venue. I am excited to share to them that we’ve further improved our AMS standard service turnaround time from 20-30 business days to 14 business days. Our results archive has also been enhanced to include quality assurance reports and photos of samples at different stages of the analyses,” Mr. Hatfield says.

The AGU Fall Meeting is one of the largest events focused on the geophysical sciences. Nearly 20,000 Earth and space scientists, educators, students, and policy makers are expected to join this year’s event. The meeting’s 1,621 sessions and 20,093 abstracts are now available at the AGU website.

Faster AMS Dating Standard Service

In an effort to further improve its services, ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited Beta Analytic has reduced the turnaround time of its AMS dating standard service to 14 business days. Expedited services are also available with results released in less than 6 business days.

The online archive of lab results, accessible 24/7, was also improved to include sample images and quality assurance reports that provide supporting validation for the results. The lab’s fees already include Carbon-13/Carbon-12 measurements and calendar calibration when applicable.
